Tein Street Flex Questions

I recently bought some used Teins from a local guy out in Cali. He bought the coils used from someone else but never installed them. He had them sitting in storage for a while, and well, I picked them up from him. I read on the Tein site these are 16 way adjustable, so what does that mean exactly? When I turn the adjustable knob, I get more than 16 clicks on all 4 coils. Is that normal? New to coils, new to most modding. Learning little by little, all help would greatly be appreciated. Especially from Street Flex owners, thanks!

That's normal it has more than 16 clicks but not recommended over that range, try to find a user manual online
