Also, if the crack is less than 12", then your insurance should fix for free without it impacting your policy. GEICO uses SafeLite as an example.

Had mine replaced the 1st week I got to AZ due to a huge rock being kicked back off a truck on my way here. Already had a couple of spots filled on this second one, but I may be moving on to #3 real soon. I'm quite surprised #2 has lasted this long. AZ is a terrible, terrible place for cars.

Seven is impressive. My record was four on my 58 Chev. It had the old wrap around windshield that was a bitch to change. One time it had a huge crack so I called and they sent the mobile unit to my house to change it. I told them that it was probably better done in the shop but they said that the guy was an expert at the old cars and it wouldn't be an issue. It was early spring and the guy showed up about 8am when it was still cold out. He swapped it in about an hour and left. I was impressed. About 2 that afternoon when it had warmed up considerably, I am in the back yard and hear BOOM. Walk around the house and there is the windshield spread across the whole driveway. Apparently he had twisted it when he installed it and as soon as it warmed up...

Had the defective head unit replaced at the dealership yesterday. It's still annoying but at least it works better, until I can replace with an aftermarket unit. Then took a nice long drive to upstate NY, heading to Toronto today.

Changed oil and installed the Scion (sliding) armrest. Armrest height is just right for me and I can slide it back when cup holder is needed. So useful!

Did you find the bushings raise your ride height? I've been thinking of putting these in, but not if they raise the car, even if only a little.

You will need
- riveting tool
- T20 socket bit
- 5mm and 8mm drill bit
I hope you didn't lose the templates included in the package. There were no instructions included, but information in the above thread was enough. Once you mark the two initial holes with the templates, you can align the rails and mark and drill the rest of the holes using the holes on the rails. It took 30 mins tops.
