Any time I see a product that markets through a cult-like multi-level marketing program with bogus "scientific" demonstrations that don't actually have any real world application, I tend to assume that the product itself is garbage and find myself unable to believe any of the claims made by the acolytes trying to get me to join their sect.

If your oil had got so bad that you can feel a change in the car after changing it then the damage is already done.

Eh.... you're telling me you have never changed oil, felt the old oil that inevitably hits your hand and not noticed a difference between the stuff you're pouring in?

I'm not saying gritty or anything, maybe it's in my head, but it always seems just a little bit different.

I have an extra half quart, let me know how it tastes. Lol

I’ve learned long ago that you do get what you pay for. I’m not brand biased at all. But when it comes to my daily I don’t want to take chances. Cheap is cheap, expensive is cheaper.

Sorry wasn't clear.

If you feel that big a difference in your engine after changing the oil.
Didn't mean the oil itself.

Use whatever you are comfortable with.

I chose amsoil signature series 0w-20 for my first change. It helps me sleep at night.

Maybe I'll try it for my hips. This *** oil I've been taking doesn't seem to be helping.

It's not in your head. I feel the change over time. Some people get it. Others are jealous. I'm ok with that.

Oh, yes, the old oil is usually warm and the new oil is cool to the touch -

You are correct - it's not in my head - it's in your head -

I reckon all my past years of heavy drinking, just killed off those sensors in my brain that can detect the difference in the way an engine runs after an oil change -
