17x8 +30

17x8 +30 offset will it fit well paired with 235 or 245's?

Are you lowered? 17x8 +30 is slightly aggressive. 235/45 is too tall of a tire. 235/40 is a rare size but could work. And 245/40 is to wide for a 17x8 IMO, so I would suggest a 225/45/17 with front camber bolts set at -1.5. Rears will be flush.

17x9 +40 would be a better wheel size/offset to run 235/40- or 245/40-17...

245/40 on a 17x8 is fine but I wouldn't recommend going any wider. Here is a pic of my 245/40r17 on my 17x8 +35 wheels.

If you were running 17x8+30, you'd have pretty close to similar poke as a 17x9+35 so you may want to run a bit of front end camber to tuck the tire in a bit.

I have run 245 on an 8", and I do not recomend it. 225 max IMO.

17x9 +42 has similar poke to 17x8 +30.

225/45 17 is the most ideal tire i would run on a stock motor 86 and most ideal on 17x8
