Love mine, and various mods... Just about 60,000km on my 2013 model.
Full exhaust, Sprintex supercharger, brake upgrades and flex fuel kit. The rest costly cosmetic stuff. Hasn’t missed a beat, no issues at all. The next question for me will probably be “modded SC 86 or new Supra” in 2019 ![]() Assuming the supra is any good of course.

2013 58,000 mi, suspension bits + cat-back exhaust:
Failed TOB Failed cam tower / timing chain cover seals Water in tail lights Everything fixed under warranty. That's it! Not too bad! 90% highway driving (MYYYYY boring, 80mi/day commute), 10% flogging it on mountain roads, no competitive events. |

Ummm. I'm not sure how many miles. I'm going to guess between 1300 and 1400.
Only issues I have so far are expensive parts from reputable companies not actually fitting properly. That's just one part really, and I'll be fixing it along the way. Oh, and the stock parts I pulled off - people want me to give them away. Mostly the tails, OE Brembo setup, and OE shocks. (yes, I got the BRZ PP and then removed the PP. That sounds bad... hah.)

31k Miles
Gruppe-s UEL + Supertek high flow air filter + Ecutek tune No issues I didn't directly cause (suspension issues from hitting a big rock in the middle of the road and taillights cracked after closing the trunk but I had been lightly rear ended months prior so I blame that.) 75/25 highway / city |

13' Manual
63K Miles Header, FP/OP, stock catback, CAI, Crank pulley, oil cooler, modded OFT stg 2(v2) tune. BBK, Tein Flex Z(Lowered about 1.75inches), RacerX LCA and toe arms, Perrin swaybars and endlinks. Stock tires with 225 ECS, 17X9 57DR with 245 RS3's(currently) for play. Issues: Right front hub bearing, condensation in the taillights(IDGF), bumper gap under headlights. Since I bought the car 3 years ago it has gotten about 10 track days and a couple autocross events. It was a daily driver untill last winter. Now it is mostly a toy, fun nice day car. Hopefully I didn't jinx myself by buying a spare motor recently. |

The real reason I bought it was it was a 33k mile motor for 400 bucks delivered to my house. The guy I bought it from works at a local Toyota dealer that bought it, pulled the heads and oil pan. Plastigauged all the rod bearings and checked it out. Reassembled and tried to sell it for a lot more. No takers so I got it for what he had in it.

only issues I have had was because of crappy mods that should not have been. I only have 19k miles on it though. Well the biggest problem is I am somehow turning into a wheel whore because I can't afford the ridiculously expensive wheels I want. So I bought cheapie lighter wheels and then a pothole that I didn't even see bent the crap out of one of the wheels. I am annoyed because I have beaten the ever living crap out of the Volks on my Yaris for over a decade and they are still perfect.

- 58,xxx miles
- 2013 - Bought in 2015 @ 26,xxx - SpeedFactory V1 Catback - 50% highway 50% city - 2~4 time daily I do 3rd gear pulls to red line during highways merges - Frequent 2 to 1 shifts then run it back out through the top of 2nd for luls - No track or AutoX - Burns almost no oil and the oil is always clear even after 5,000 miles (my oil change interval) - Normal noises that are worsening over time (not concerned) - Silver Ignition paint is holding up well, doesn't show swirl marks, but could use a $$$ detail job. - Eurostyle headlights have shitty seals and aren't looking too good. - Condensation in taillights but they aren't fogging or yellowing. - +1 for fabric seats that still look the tops |
