Loose Clutch Pedal

I was stripping the interior a few weeks and think I might have pulled on the wire behind the pedals. Everything is still connected but the clutch pedal is super loose I can’t even put it into gear. Can anyone help?

Well, first off the clutch system isn't electrical ....... it's an hydraulic system. So, no wires.

However, there is a spring up there that helps the clutch you may have disconnected or it's broken.

The rest of the system is hydraulic so if the pedal is all wonky the system may have lost fluid.

I'd suggest that you check the spring then check the fluid level in the clutch system.

Looking at the video, it looks to me like your clutch pedal is no longer connected to the clutch master cylinder, or the master cylinder is loose and moving when you press the pedal. Something is definitely mechanically wrong in there. Hydraulic issues would typically manifest themselves differently, and if your clutch assist spring was gone the pedal would just be a little stiff but otherwise behave the same.

Do some google research on how a hydraulic clutch works, they're pretty simple systems.

My guess is that the the push rod pin has come out.
