did you notice any difference from v2.0 to the new 3.0 OTS tunes? I just emailed him today asking for them so we'll see if he gets back to me with them.

The v3.0 I was sent was for 2015 and my specific id. I didn't check anything as I didn't reflash it nor will I. While I was waiting for him to email that back,
I went with a custom tune instead that will match the Gruppe-s header better than the tunes that Shiv is tuning for the OpenFlash Header. It is
member Tor in here and he is still in the middle of getting it dialed in but based off of my little knowledge and his vast knowledge, it looks like it's going very well.

He sent me the V3 file and I looked at and compared it to the V2 stage2 file..

The only difference I am seeing are high load fueling changes at low rpms and high rpms.

I haven't run it yet so can't comment on butt dyno results.

The tunes for the 13-16 model year cars have already been all sorted out and are probably giving as much gains as you’ll get. The 17’s had some different stuff going on with the ECU so their tunes haven’t been getting the same results as the earlier years.

I think the main difference is having a differentiated stage 2 catted header and stage 2+ for catless headers.

I haven't compared those two files to see what differences there are.

Yeah I emailed him my stock tune file last night so Im just waiting on him to get back to me with the V3 tune...asked him about what kind of changes or tweaks he made to the newer tunes compared to the V2 one I have installed now and he kinda just ignored the question. Anyone who had the beta while it was in testing, did you guys notice any difference or was it just the same?

nice I have a catless uel so I hope the v3 is a decent upgrade from the v2 tune. Question though he sent me the v3 tunes but I noticed he sent the 91 octane tunes when I need the 93 octane tunes for my scion frs. I emailed him back to ask for the 93 oct v3 tunes. Does it really matter if I use the 91 oct tune or do I really need to use the 93 oct tunes for my car if that's the type of fuel I use on my car?

probably only a minuscule amount up top, in the event he doesnt get back to you with a 93 oct. they said only the timing is a little more aggressive around 6500 or so.

but im interested to hear how the high load-low/high rpm fueling (from v3.xx) may differ from the 2.076 version in real world driving.

Asking the same question way before, a dyno comparison would be helpful too
