Caster adjustment
My car was in a front end collision and has been repaired, both mechanically and cosmetically. There was minor frame damage to the frame up front and prevents me from getting my alignment back to stock. The front passenger wheel is about .5" pushed back from the frame damage. I was wondering if there is anything on the market for our cars that allows to adjust the caster so I play with the settings to get it tracking perfectly.
I was hoping this would be an option rather than making more adjustments to the frame since there is no guarantee that it will be 100% fixed. |

Check this:
http://www.whiteline.com.au/product_..._number=KCA434 It adds +0.5deg static caster, but it should be a temporary solution. Dynamic caster will be different and not optimal. |

Was the car repaired by insurance? If the wheel is still pushed back, it wasn't fixed properly and should be taken care of by the shop that "fixed" it. If they can't straighten the frame back within factory specs, then it should either be written off or taken to a competent shop.

Like the others said, whoever fixed it, did a poor job. If you paid for a correct repair or it was an insurance job then take it back. If you went with somewhere cheap or a buddy deal, then that's your fault and it should be fixed correctly.
Don't use the whiteline parts, that's putting a bandaid on a gun shot wound as it's only treating a symptom and not fixing the problem.
