I dont like the idea of drilling the bumpstop. The structure of the rubber foam is compromised and you risk further damage of the structure after being repeatedly compressed. Especially in the front struts since it is possible to rotate while the bumpstop engaged. But who knows.. I've not tried this. I stopped considering messing with the bumpstops when I installed adustable coilovers.

Not rubber, plastic. Closed cell foam plastic, probably a urethane. Drilling or cutting won't affect the stability of the structure as long as you don't go overboard. Goop happens to be a self curing urethane glue which is compatible with bumpstop materials.

I'm sure glad @ApexEight revived this thread.... but does anyone know if the stock suspension at full travel puts the wheels/tires past the wheel arches and by how much?
