You won't need a pressure/temp gauge; the system is already proven. If you want one anyways, I would recommend using an OBD2 type device, or getting a P3 vent gauge for stealthyness. Should I have @CounterSpace Garage schedule you in for an install? CSG is only about 90 minutes away from Oxnard. |

I'm sure owners here are familiar with the fluttering sound the SC makes when off throttle at high rpm which sounds a lot like compressor surge. At my local tracks the car sits at this high rpm through long bends frequently and was wondering whether the long term reliability is compromised by the compressor surge, would switching to a proper blow off valve be a possible solution or should I just stick with what I have?

It is, my mechanic even zip tied the vacuum lines just in case. There are three of us with the same kit in a group chat and they all sound the same so I'm assuming they all do it unless we got a bad batch of by pass valves. But below 6k rpm they make the whooshing air sound. Just at the high rpm does it make the compressor surge sound

anyone else getting weird thump sounds under abrupt throttle? Inlet tube seems to be compressing.

For those of you running a C38 with the high boost pulley on e85, can you comment on how it feels? I keep seeing comments on this forum and elsewhere that this kit is "underwhelming" in pull, but I find it hard to believe a 2800lb car with 370whp is underwhelming in feel or performance. I'm guessing most of those comments are directed towards a fairly stock car with 91 octane.
Can anyone here comment on overall feel at that boost and power level?
