I've read the posts, but so far, I've actually got my items sooner than expected. Only thing I'm waiting on now are those headers which I wanted bigger primaries anyway so I'm happy to hear the news Haha!

Hey Dustin.. gotta admit, haven't ready every post to know if you are using solid (or close to solid) motor mounts or not, but even on the stock motor with Cusco mounts, tranny insert and a bunch of bushings, there is some vibration that feels bad between certain RPM's.

Could yours just be normal vibration that you're feeling more in the cabin due to more solid mounting?

I did not. I assumed that would be taken care of when Vorshlag designed the mounts. I could be wrong. Next chance I get, I will check what it is.

It is possible. I just wouldn't expect it to be as bad as it is. I really wish there was a good way to portray it on camera.

Going to see if I can somehow get diagnostics pulled up on my code reader and see if it will tell me if it reads a misfire while it's running. Also going to have the driveshaft double checked for balance.

I have confirmed that 1/4 Tank mark on Gas gauge is empty. My fuel gauge moves smoothly from Full to 1/4, nothing seems to be sticking or causing issues with the level sender. Car is getting miserable gas mileage, not something I was expecting. With as somewhat light the car is, I though at least 15mpg would be possible. I am getting more along the lines of 10.... Though I am sure it is tuned quite conservative and rich. Exhaust tips are very black now, not so easy to clean. I think getting a dyno tune/steady road tune may be worth it, except I don't want to void the warranty.

Check Engine Light is still on and I can't find a code or any reason it should be on. I had my second instance of the car going into limp mode. ABS, Traction Control, Steering malfunction lights turn on and the car beeps at me for a second. Power Steering goes into a limp mode and doesn't assist as much. Simply restarting the car fixes it.

Oil will be changed today. I was going to change the Transmission oil as well, but the local Amsoil dealer I bought from sold/delivered me the Low Viscosity High Fuel Mileage ATF -_- Working on getting it exchanged at the moment.

Hm. Power Steering ECU will retain power steering functionality and not throw a warning if CAN communication is lost momentarily. I've never heard of a malfunction like that. Double check your wiring, especially to my IGN wire.

I might send you a tool to log your car to confirm my programming. I'll let you know.

Yes. I will do that on my lunch break and video it. I will have it ready to post when I get back.

Well schnikeys, if it feels like a cylinder is misfiring then it is far worse than my vibrations

One extra thing to add. I went and clicked on the option to select the car as a '13 FRS and the code reader gives a fault and kicks me back out to the menu.

Some of those more "advanced" scanners might use some more factory like polling parameters and they might not be able to work with the system. If you use the Generic profile it should work fine.

I figured out the code issue.

Sorry for the shaky filming. Quick Rev Video. Need to get a good fly by video as well. She was scared to rev it too high.
