$350 really sounds like a relatively fair price.. they're using all ABS plastics, so i don't believe that even a custom-built kit would be much cheaper...

but that said, i kinda like the stock rear seats back there.. it holds junk better then a seat delete would..

I actually PS'd my friends '13 to what it would look like as a 2 seater. It's crude but interesting. I annotated a pic with vertical lines for dimensional comparison.

They were Complaints similar to the OP did in this thread. Like why tease customers who wanted Monogram to come with the JDM/EU center console armrest, but instead give them a $$$ armrest in the rear that 5% of the customers will care about.

That's is more advertised as an armrest them it actually is, it adds very little padding and is just a leather red-stitched cover. More for aesthetics.

Yeah I don't think that was ever an armrest, just a leather padding to match the leather making the rounds all over some of the interior....also makes it look a little more premium. Otherwise its just a carpeted driveshaft tunnel hump.

If someone has the misfortune of sitting in the backseat, at least give 'em an armrest.

Yep, I've found the "limit" for kids sitting comfortably in the back seat.

On Thursdays I make double runs to pick up my granddaughters from school (because one of them has choir practice). So, I take my FR-S and put them one at a time in the back seat (a child has to be at least 13 years old to legally sit in the front seat in Washington).

Yesterday, although I had the passenger seat all the way up, the older one (age 10) made the statement "pa-pa, next Thursday, could bring ma-ma's car ...... it's too cramped back here".

Now, is it really too cramped, or ...... does she not like the way I drive my FR-S ......
