Need help. Video and codes P2271, P0171, C1201, U0100

Edit: Issue fixed. Sent my logs to Moto-East and they told me I had a vacuum leak. When everyone mentioned the line under the intake manifold for some reason my mind pictures the stock intake assembly and the tube that runs under it. Had no idea this super short little tube could cause so much issue. Clamping it down today. Boy do I feel silly.

Got my tune last week, threw it on the ECU, car ran great for a few days then everything that could go wrong is going wrong. About 2 days after the tune my Tachometer started running backwards. It didn't happen every time, just sometimes. What I mean is that it would idle at 8k and work closer to 0 as the rpm's increased. The car still ran fine but of course I needed it fixed, so I emailed Moto-East (tune) and asked if it's possible the tune could have caused this.

A day later I was sitting in traffic and the engine started shaking pretty violently and my slip indicator light came on. I was right around the corner from my house so I baby'd it home which took maybe 2-3 minutes. Checked my codes and I got one for my injector in cylinder 1 saying the circuit was open. Opened up the car and found that the injector had gotten unplugged somehow (DW Harness) so I plugged it back in, car felt good as new again for maybe 2 trips to and from work. On the way home from work the car stalled out on me 3 times when depressing the clutch and started shaking again, RPM hunting nonstop and overall just sounded horrible.

Checked codes again, this time I got
P2271 - O2 Sensor Signal Biased/Stuck Rich Bank 1 Sensor 2
P0171 - System Too Lean Bank 1
C1201 - Not sure what this is but it has to do with ABS which explains why my slip indicator light is stuck on.
U0100 - Unsure of this one as well.

Today I tried to re-flash the ECU just in case maybe something messed up and after that the car would start and then drop to 0 RPM after about 5 seconds fro the first few times I started it. After that it stayed on and that when I recorded the first video.

Below are some links to videos of how it sounds. Mods installed that are pertinent to this is JDL Turbo Kit v2, Omni 3-Bar, Moto-East flex Fuel w/ Rear O2 Plug, Invidia N1, DW 700CC Injectors, and DW 300c Fuel Pump.

I haven't been driving the car hard or beating it up with the new kit, I'm only running 6 psi and I don't think I've even come close to maxing that out. I've also checked all of my lines for vacuum leaks but it was only a visual inspection so I suppose that could still be a viable issue.

I'm wondering if maybe they missed something important in the tune because my tune was extremely late and 86Speed went and notified Moto-East they need to deliver and that day I got my tune. Maybe they were rushing and missed something? I emailed the tuner but I've gotten no response from him which seems to be a trend with Moto-East.

Anyways, help would be great, things I should check, etc. If all else fails I can have it towed to a shop somewhere but I'd really like to avoid that if I can help it due to my work schedule and also the cost. I'm absolutely lost though. I also don't want to bring it to a dealer because I honestly don't think they'll be willing to help much with all the aftermarket.

Video 1 from in the cab. At 0:26 I gave it a small rev to show that it just turns off when the rpm's fall.

Video 2 is engine sounds, you can hear it RPM hunting and odd sounds I can only describe as scratchy white noise?

Any input would be appreciated. Won't be driving it whatsoever until I can get these issues resolved.

Maybe re-flash to the OEM tune ..... see how it runs.

Then, "tune" it again for your mods .... ??

Eeek stop

Dont try and run car on stock tune with big injectors and a different map sensor

The car just wont start with the 3 bar map srnsor instalked on stock tune.

Slso with 700 cc injectors its going to inject tripple the required fuel on stock tune.

If the car ran fine on the turbo tune for a week it is extremly unlikey its tune.

Put the turbo tune back in ecu

Look for melted or broken or diconected wiring to o2 sensors or the flex kit. Rear o2 is now conbected as flex input

What does your flex fuel display read ?? Is their poer to flex kit.

Get moto east to look at logs and see if rear 02 flex sensor input is coreect

Its probably should not be throwing the rear o2 sensor codes if it a rear o2 flex kit conndction these should be disabled,. Get tuner to check

The u100 and the other code may be you conbecting or disconbecting obd plugs when ignition was on

I haven't messed with any sort of retuning at all. I don't have the stock intake manifold either so I know it's not the hose. I've checked the hoses that are in place including the one going to my intake and they're clamped and secured really well. Do you think it'd be worth trying to have it taken to a Subaru dealership? I really would like to solve it myself but I'm pretty puzzled.

As far as the sensor I'm still running 93. I was told by moto-east and 86speed that I can still run premium just fine and the sensor will adjust for it. Do you think that's the cause? If so I can try removing the flex kit.

No use taking it to dealer with turbo flex kit different injectors map and tune. They will likey not want to work on it till you return it all to stock.

Get onto motoeast if they are your tuner, send them some loks and im sure they will work it out.

If you had a tune shop nearby that understands turbos tuning and brz\86 you could try them, but moto east deal with this dtuff all the time

Check the pcv valve, msbe block of the pcv hoes and sny catch can connections just to make sure their is not a weird vaccum\boost leak thrir

I'll give it a shot after work. Any tips on finding leaks? I may try to call A place near by that does tunes and see if I can just take it in to them to be looked at.
