Stuck coilover sleeve.

So i was taking my coils apart got three fine. Now i'' stuck on the last one. I soaked all of them in pb blaster over night and this last one for the past 2 nights now. The sleeve just won't budge. I tried using vibrations to help free it already. Anybody have any suggestions to help get it moving?
