An unpleasant surprise

Hello,

Not sure if I'm posting in the correct section of this forum, but I have something to show you guys. After coming home from a three week vacation in Asia, I've come to discover this... I'm not sure how i can fix this, but I'm taking my car in to Subaru for its service sometime this week, and I'm pretty sure they should be able to take care of this. Anyways, heres a picture to show you guys what could happen in just a few weeks!

Drive the car - applying the brakes will clean them off in the first application

Not to worry, these are my rotors after sitting for a couple of days in wintery Canada.

It is perfectly normal. Just drive and brake a couple of times and they will be nice and shiny again.

That's normal. My rotors look like that just a few hours after driving in the rain.

You may hear some mild scraping of the pads against the rust as you begin to drive with the rotors in this condition. As mentioned, applying the brakes a time or two is the solution.

It will most likely >buff out<, and with little effort on the brake pedal.

Your car misses you, so that's what it looks like after crying for weeks.
