tom's tail lights usdm dot approved turn signal problem

anyone experiencing this problem? when i signal right and i make a right turn, when the turn signal stalk click back into its normal position, it triggers the left turn signal real quick. sometimes happens when i make a left turn and it triggers the right signal.

I'd contact the vendor or company and get a new relay.

Are you sure your turn signal stalk isn't overly sensitive? I noticed that it happens when I try cancelling a turn, it would snap past the "neutral" position and briefly trigger the other turn signal.

That's weird, because it wouldn't do that when it was OEM tail lights? and it only flashes the tom tail lights, and not the front turn signals.

Is there a way to "fine tune" the sensitivity ? did you ever fix it or you just left it how it is?

Incidentally, I always thought it was just the cheapness of the turn signal stalk that shot past the neutral state given the amount of pressure I applied to cancel a turn.

It's possible the stock incandescent turn signals need more time to "light up" compared to LED signals, which is why it doesn't happen. Just a guess.

^This.
I have the same lights and the same thing happens. Doesn't bother me though. It's more the turn signal stalk than the lights.
