tom's tail lights usdm dot approved turn signal problem
anyone experiencing this problem? when i signal right and i make a right turn, when the turn signal stalk click back into its normal position, it triggers the left turn signal real quick. sometimes happens when i make a left turn and it triggers the right signal.

I'd contact the vendor or company and get a new relay.

Are you sure your turn signal stalk isn't overly sensitive? I noticed that it happens when I try cancelling a turn, it would snap past the "neutral" position and briefly trigger the other turn signal.

Incidentally, I always thought it was just the cheapness of the turn signal stalk that shot past the neutral state given the amount of pressure I applied to cancel a turn.
It's possible the stock incandescent turn signals need more time to "light up" compared to LED signals, which is why it doesn't happen. Just a guess. |
