I'd find it hard to believe that a throwout bearing was failing two months after purchase.

The transmission is notchy, occasionally a little clunky (especially into first gear - for an easier time, press the clutch pedal for 3 seconds before trying to select first), and not the quietest. I see this as a positive, not a negative, I like a car that talks to me.

Also, myself and others have had transmission quirks that went away after 8k to 10k miles. Chances are most of your concerns will go away with warmer weather and some transmission break in time.

Thanks for all the help. Yea the dealership kept telling me this car will make noise this and that...but for a 5500 miles car it just doesn't sound right to me. And the weirdest thing is it only make the noise when the car is fully farmed up. I hope it's just a break in time...Will see if I can record the noise after work.

I had this sound when i first got the car and it was only accentuated when i installed my Supercharger. It tends to go away after the car warms up fully but i've found that this car in general drives different than most.

Not sure how you start from 1st. but i recommend giving the car about 2k rpm and then slowly lifting off the clutch. It just seems to me that this engine hates being below 3.5k RPM. Anything above and the car just sings but anything below i find it complains a lot lol
