If anyone's looking for a cheap phone mount for their car, check this out:

Bought it from Aliexpress for $2 shipped in 8 days to San Francisco from China.

The price seems to have gone up to $3 and change, but it's still a good deal. There are other ones for sale too. I just went to Aliexpress and searched for "cd slot phone mount".

i have a similar one that inserts into the cd slot that angles upward above the screen but my interior is cleaner

looks almost like this one but with a magnet instead of clamps
