Soooo I just payed $125 "diagnostic fee" to the dealership for them to tell me there's absolutely nothing wrong. I'm about to pick up my car in 10 minutes... You will get a copy of the inspection report. If anything happens that might help you. Depends on how log after the diagnosis though. Obviously two months from now it will be of no value at all.

Oh and find out what the CEL code was from the mech that first told you there was an issue

Let us know what the code was. If nothing else we can support or dispute their statement (for whatever value that holds)
