Airlift suspensions hose leaks

There's a hole on the air hose on my passenger side, is there a way I can fix it, or does it really need to be replaced??

It would probably be cheaper just to replace the whole line, but if you just really really didnt want to do that, buy two straight couplers and a small section of hose and patch it. Keep in mind, that would probably be more expensive and MUCH more prone to more leaks. More connectors = more leaks.
