I am thrilled to tell you guys that my throw-out bearing and pressure plate are BOTH being covered under warranty.
I cannot recommend Subaru of Brampton enough. I was terrified that I was looking at a $1000+ bill to replace the whole clutch. Turns out my clutch itself is perfectly fine, with 55% life left, and both items noted above are being covered in full. I am beyond happy with this. Based on all the reading I've done about others who have suffered this affliction, I didn't think it would be covered, and was preparing myself for the worst.
