When I changed the firmware, the first time it kinda faked it and it didn't really change. (I tried to change it before the first install) If you really change the model of the car on the web site in your profile, it will ask again for the Serial number of the new head unit.
With the FRS set in your idatalink profile, you will now see more features and it tell it requires the HRN-RR-TO1 harness to work with.:
I just used the RR and cut into harness like it said. didnt even know i had an option for this wireharness set up.... w/e gauges still work lol

For Future readers. Some Ecu Tec race rom versions will not send the OIL PIDs through OBD2. This means that idatalink and things like torque will not read your oil temp after your tune. I have been advised from @DeliciousTuning this is an ECUtec issue. I will eventually try to contact ecutec directly. Doubt i will get anywhere lol.

The oil temp reading is like the most important thing on this car.
