Dummy Antenna?
I just did a ebay search for a shark fin antenna to see if I can find a used one or possibly a g37. Top searches are all fake and dummy antennas. Are "car" people really buying antennas for cosmetic reasons? I would rather have no antenna... still don't see the reason why cars still have them.

It's mostly for cosmetics... But as long as it's still functional; then I'm a sucker for those. I got myself a Visual Garage Sharkfin antenna from a groupbuy here and it looks great; and it functions too!

Sometimes a plain roof looks too...plain.
But I would personally classify a part that has no performance characteristics as rice. A plastic cap for your nonexistent radio antenna? Rice. |
