They were only able to find it with a VIN so if you didn't have one you might not get that call.

Hmmm went to 3 dealers and none asked for a VIN. That makes sense though. I guess I shouldn't be surprised since the Girl in Stratford wasn't sure what a BRZ was. London said it showed as price pending when I gave them the part number. I left a card and they said they would call me once they knew.
The whole thing was probably a waste of time if the link Johan provided is the one piece since it is half the price.

I got the price from London; in the system now, I guess.

Eagerly waiting. Would really like the leather with red stitching in either the one piece or the 2 piece with the shiny black radio surround.

Me too. Can't wait until @Tcoat sets up a Group Buy and gives us a 30% discount on it like he mentioned in one of the previous posts, even though I am Canadian.

This of course is a joke. But I would like to get my hand on this dash piece.

Well apparently even with paying exchange and shipping we can get them cheaper off the internet. So much for my dash pad empire plans.

I just paid $63 for the right side piece (the larger one) with the small CF weave (2015 style) new from a dealer. So the price on the link I posted doesn't seem out of line for a single piece unit with leather. Though I wouldn't be surprised if they raise the price over time if it becomes a popular upgrade - as I'm sure it will.

The only way I see you plan working is that you buy all the dash pads, corner the market and set your own price.

Can someone please confirm the fitment of the one-piece dash trim in the old models? Is the push-pin positioning and their number the same?

Still hasn't been an ordered one received yet, and I don't know of any 2017s that have lended their dash out.
