The car is light enough to get a feel for exactly when the clutch begins to grab by staging it on a flat surface with the engine off, putting it in gear, and pushing it backward with your left foot while feeling for the grab with your right.

Ok so i realize after driving for a while today after the adjustment, the shifting is much easier to get in gear from stop but it still have gear block the first try. However it im able to get in second try with no problem. I dont know if i didnt adjusted high enough but i will adjust again tomorrow and see.

Oh, ok. I'll update my proposed methodology. Find a gentle downhill slope...

Or...
Sit in car.
Depress clutch.
Start car.
Put in first gear.
Release clutch until car starts to move.
Grab point found.

Did you BLEED the system?
Before all this other crap, this sounds like a classic case of air in the hydraulics.
If the shift fork was bent, sitting there for a few extra seconds with the pedal depressed wouldnt fix it.

I made the point more in an effort to demystify the clutch. I think if you try it you may find that because the mechanical advantage is reversed, it becomes more obvious.

Correct me if im wrong on the bleeding. Depress the cluth pedal and hold it. Than open the bleed value to let the fluid out. Than close the valve. Than lift back the pedal up and repeat.
