OK, so your running wheels with a 38mm offset plus, 20mm spacers. So you have basically added 30mm or 1.1 inches of positive scrub. The car orig. has 19mm or .75 inches of scrub. So now you are running 2 inches of positive scrub. (your tires are 2 inches outside there pivot point).

So when you are giving it gas or driving at a high speed that requires more gas, your extra scrub is pulling (toeing in) causing your car to only want to go straight.

Now, when you hit the brakes, it does the opposite and pulls back (toes out) causing your car to show you its best dance moves (dangerous!).

As for turning better to the left then the right is probably an alignment issue.

Do you have camber plates and camber bolts? I would set the camber plates 1 inch in (- camber) on each side, and then adjust the camber bolts out +camber. Then get it aligned. That should reduce your scrub from 2.00 inches to about 1.5. If it was me I would also change your front spacer from 20 to 10mm. Then you would be at 1.1inches stable and quick steering.
