Well, the most densely populated province is PEI, at about 24 people per square km. Still significantly less than the US.

But the same can be said about the US, although to a lesser extent .

Well saying that PEI is the most densely populated Province is very deceiving as well since that measure is per square kilometre by overall Provincial land mass. Its is like having two people in a porta potty against 1,000 people in a stadium.
If you break it down by number of people per square kilometer and remove the territorial size from the equation then you get a whole different picture. To say 90% within 100 miles of the US may be a bit optimistic but an easy 70% probably are.

Our population density is actually a benift to the Canadian system not a restriction.

Oh pushing the political envelope our "free" heath care ain't free by a long stretch. The cost is just hidden in our taxes.

I know someone who took delivery of his at work. It looks amazing in that blue. I've seen it twice today.

I paid $24k for my BRZ if I recall correctly. Loaded. 4 miles on it. $3k under invoice. It had been sitting on the lot for MONTHS.

I'll wait for the same thing to happen with the RS.

The big difference I think will be production numbers and demand. There are a lot of FRS/BRZs built and within months of release they were at or under invoice. I don't see that happening with the RS, they just won't be making that many as it'll be a 2 year run only.

We will see though

In the UK the RSs have a strong following therefore the dealers tend to be very confident in getting buyers so reluctant to discount but saying that I have noticed the dealers are showing actual "real" cars in their showrooms.

These are going for around 55-65k Australian.

I'm tempted to sell the 86 and get another finance loan, but I'm kind of sick of paying monthly payments after just paying off the Toyota.

Another 3 years of payments just for some extra power and grip that I'll probably only use on freeway onramps and once in a blue moon.

Save up for three years and pick up a used one, depreciation won't be too kind to the car unless they're only sending an absurdly small number to the continent so you'll save at least a few thousand bucks imo and you'll get to see if there are any big problems popping up.

win on financials
win on gas mileage
win on minimizing future problems

@Dave-ROR

I hope you write a review on how you like it compared to your BRZ.

My RS is starting to be built right now.
