Why does the Toyota service manager email me offers, and then never responds
to my email replies ?
I assume anyone that sends me an email is also capable of reading and replying. Are my expectations too high ? |

No way. The service manager sits and types up each of those emails personally. He has each customers email hand written in a rollidex for easy reference.
