You should reverse those settings to what they were before.
Now there's two possibilities:

1. The problems comes back: You have a shitty tune connected to one of those settings.

2. Problems are still gone: Your car was cursed and your powerful spells has worked.

I'd check my transmission, clutch assembly, injectors, then if no issue found, take to dealer and test drive one of their twins to see if I am the problem or my car is.
