No manufacturer can void your warranty. They are in violation of the law just by putting tha in writing. They can tell you that they aftermarket exhaust is not covered under warranty.

Look it up. How do people go through life uninformed?
Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act

You should have not payed them a penny, and you should have not left without getting your car fixed. By paying them for absolutely nothing, you legally agreed to their diagnosis that it was your muffler making the noise. You now have very few other options. Didn't you read anything else I posted?
i did read but in new with new cars they told me i had to pay to get my car i tough i didnt had a choice.

I recommend the following:

1. Suck it up, swallow your financial loss, and find a better dealer to work with in the future.

2. Proper spelling and punctuation.

Too bad you didn't buy a BRZ. Subaru of Santa Monica has a service writer who has a badass STi. They always take decent care of people with modded cars.
Also, you're in LA... There are definitely mod friendly dealers. I lived out there for the last 5 years. Ask in the Southern California forum.

So after replacing with DSS axles, there is clicking from the right side after 5 track events. The only things I could see contributing to this is going two wheels off and hitting the right side berm between turn 6 and 7 at Thunderhill West, 4 wheels off to the right at turn 3 Thunderhill East, and oil leak from right side of differential (replaced seals). I haven't launched the car, just track and a little drifting.

Is it possible that some play in the suspension could cause the axle to click? The axle is not supposed to bear any load from the movement of the car, correct?

Would people be interested in us producing a nut of stronger material? Adrian (@Hyper4mance2k) contacted us regarding this. It is most certainly something we can do if enough interest is there.

Only if it would solve the clicking. Do we know for sure that's the issue? I replaced mine with OEM and the clicking was back in a few weeks. Are we sure it's not lack of lubrication?
