I'm not. We bought it as a DD people mover for my wife. It was terrible at it.

We replaced it with '16 Mazda CX-5 GT Tech. We love everything about it. Only thing missing from the Accord is the engine, and the Mazda is so light ... it doesn't need it. Even with AWD, and being a big CUV, it's the same weight as the Accord. But the sound system is way better, the navigation works really well (and it's linux hackable, so I was able to reflash it to turn on the touch screen while moving!), there's tons of front leg room, the steering feels nearly identical to my FR-S, and it has way more usable storage space than the Accord. Looks better too imo.

You mean the real 8th gen civic? acura one (acura one is the civic else where) or that american design honda one........which is obviously a fail to me due to lack of jdm points.

Man new civic type R will be a real global car .... AWD 300+ bhp....it will be a liveable sti with no engine problem ever!!! Don't be so negative, they still make flatout the best engine.

I owned 3.

06 FA1
08 FG2 - Turbo'd.
11 FA5 - CTe Supercharged, then KW Rotrex Supercharged. I'm still in the drag racing record books on 8thcivic with this car.

There is no Acura anything in that era of Civic. Acura didn't have a single model that derived from the Civic in the late 2000's. The Civic coupe was still based on the same chassis as the JDM car. Either way, they had the same problems. This topic isn't about Civics anyways - so I'm not going to go on about that.
