Tires for a 2003 Honda Accord

So I'm doing some research as I need to replace the tires on my wife's daily driver. While I'm pretty good with performance tires I haven't bought regular tires in a while and I'm looking for a cheaper option that the stock Michellins. I like Kumho for cheaper performance tires, any feedback from forum members for their grand touring options?

What size?

IMO, even though you're in Houston, you may as well get all-seasons just in case you take a trip to colder/snowier climes...

Go to Tire Rack website www.tirerack.com and check out customer survey results and any test results for tires.

Do not assume that *any* make will necessarily be OK. EVERY make produces some good tires and also plenty of CRAP tires. Make SURE that you get tires that are rated highly for wet grip and/or have tested very well for wet grip.

There is no reason to compromise on this, there are plenty of good wet-grip tires available from almost all manufacturers, but there are also plenty of CRAP wet-grip tires from the same manufacturers.

Specific tire model chosen is critical!

FYI, just got a set of General G-Max AS-03 tires for my wife's Mazda3. Decent price, good wet grip, light weight, etc. etc. I was also considering the Kumho Ecsta 4X, also very good wet grip, reasonable $$$.

Pirelli's high mileage warranty, harder tire, but perfect for a daily driver. Stop by a discount tire and have em look at the car

My wife also drives a 05 Accord V6 for the most of the cars life it used Michelin energys but late last year before rainy days starts I changed it to Michelin Primacy but sadly I hate it too much road noise I can't wait to change tires, wife cant hear the difference but I do, she didnt mind cuz it was on sale and cheaper.
