I'll be crossing Pennsylvania, Ohio, Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, North Dakota, Montana, and lastly Washington.

It could be anything, I'd be interested to see what you guys say.

Thanks.
If you go by way of Pittsburgh, then you might want to visit Fallingwater, the iconic Frank Lloyd Wright house. Most of the time, there aren't a lot of reasons to drive in that direction (it's east of Pittsburgh) and you kind of have to want to go there. It is a wonder to behold, though. Appears to be growing right out of the rock. An absolutely extraordinary achievement.

I'll have an extra 2 to 3 days to bum around and travel. I'm interested in anything really, scenery is great, historical places, muses...etc.

I suggest you install an armrest and get a good seat cushion ....... I don't care how comfortable the seats feel now ...... that will change after a few thousand miles.

Are you going to have a co-pilot .. ??

humfrz
I've already done a few 10 hours stints in the FRS, as long as i take frequent stops every 2 hours, the seats don't bother me much.

I'll be driving alone, this is my enlightenment trip.

There are quite a few areas in PA with similar sights.

This is a good idea, I'd have to see how this pans out.

Good recommendations, I'll take note.

I've seen pictures of this before, but never in person. I'll map it out and if it's not to far off, I'll definitely go.

Thank you everyone for your recommendations, i really appreciate it.
