Question Question about aftermarket rims that have both 5×100 and 5x114.3

So I just mounted and balanced my new staggered set of F1R F18 Matte White Rims (18 x 8.5 +38 and 18 x 9.5 +35), but I'm worried about the difference in diamater from the wheels 5x100 and 5x114.3 holes that they may have installed the lugnuts through. The guys at the shop here in NY weren't very good with English, and I was trying to explain to them about the difference in the 2 sets of holes on the wheels. I understand that the FR-S has 5x100 hub, but is it possible to still install it on the 5x114.3 holes? I'm just worried because I'm not sure if I'm feeling irregular vibrations or shakines, or if im just being extremely paranoid.

So my question is, is it possible that they may have installed the wheels via the 5x114.3mm holes, and if so can it damage anything if I keep driving like that? I'm very new to this sort of thing as it's my first time ever getting a brand new set of tires and rims. I'm scared to drive it to work tomorrow if it's unsafe. Please let me know ASAP because I need to go to a different shop immediately to change this. Thank you guys in advance <3

No, it simply wouldn't mount into the 5x114 holes
