I'm not to worried about volume, mainly rasp. However is prefer not have something obnoxious. I might look further into the Perrin, I'm hopping for a deepish rasp free burble

I have 2.75" piping and 0 rasp. I'm almost positive your rasp lies in the fact that you have 0 cats / resonators. Why not just go back to stock front pipe to see if it goes away?

invidia doesnt make a resonated front pipe they make a catless and catted. resonators are in the midpipe lol

What?! They make a catless resonated front pipe, a catted front pipe and a catless test pipe style front pipe. Resonators can be anywhere in the exhaust system:

I only know this because I had a berk muffler delete before I was even planning on getting my current uel header, and was planning to just get a resonated front pipe and be done with the exhaust

invidia does not manufacturer any front pipe with a resonator in it. Only catted and catless. and no resonators should be on the midpipe not the front pipe or over pipe. if your looking at ft86speedfacotry and it says "(resonated)" its actually not. resonators are completely different then cats

You can't prove me wrong, fteightysix and mapperformance have it as well. Also you don't need to explain to me what resonators and cats are, you misunderstood what I wrote. HKS has a dual resonated front pipe as well so yes resonators can be on the front pipe in fact it is quieter in theory than having a 200 cell cat. Also the works catback has a midpipe resonator as does the TRD catback.

It's even on there goddamn page:

They have a front pipe with cat, a front pipe that's a catless test pipe and a front pipe with a resonator. You are correct though about resonators not being possible to be run in the over pipe, I should've been more specific

I knew it as I said before I've been involved with the exhaust aftermarket for this car to research what I wanted for awhile
