Phantom FTS Electric Supercharger Owners Thread

2. I'm using 2 PC680 for the dump pack per Rob's recommendation. Curious if anyone else has had success with this configuration.
3. Is anyone running an AFR gauge and what type of AF ratio are you shooting for, for best /safest performance? Somewhere between 11-12?

Thanks!

1) the soldered fuse is the setup for the new systems. It works great. Look at my install video for where you install it at. But I believe it 5 slots from the front of the car closest to the center of the vehicle.

2) if rob is suggesting the pc680s use Em. Make sure you get them with the metal jackets.

3) I use the oft to keep track of my afr. I sometimes hit the 11s but I'm running An aftermarket intake.

They will but they wouldn't be as fine tuned. It will be way better then what's loaded.

Feel free to try them out and if you don't like them let me know. I can modify it and try to suit your needs as long as you can tell me at what rpms and how much throttle you are having issues at.

If the PC680 is like the stock battery (which I suspect it is) once it is completely flat the battery won't charge above 8 volts or so using the cars alternator.

Get a battery tender type charger (you'll have to ask, not sure of the correct name, paid around $40 for mine, some over $100) keep it connected overnight and battery should come back up to 12-14 volts in a few weeks max.

I drove around with the sport map on and its way better than the stock one. Question though, the volt meter never dipped below 26.0. Even when I was WOT through 1-4 gear, is it supposed to do that? When I was using the pedal switch it would hit 21 or 22 almost instantly and drop from there.

That means the throttle is not mapped correctly.

There's a way to do that in the procede app.

Not sure I haven't seen it. I could mess with the software to find it. But I haven't actually ever done it.

Check the 3 connections to the compressor motor.

My voltmeter wasn't dropping below 26v yesterday. Noticed the black connector wasn't connected properly and black deposit on the terminals.

Red connector, whilst fully connected, was getting hot enough to melt the cable cover.

Will see how it goes tomorrow.

Hey guys, what tune is everyone running on their cars with this kit? Just wondering because I recently took mines off to take my car into warranty. Hoping to reflash back with something someone thinks is better.

Edit: or most efficient
