Open the Idle Speed Target tables and increase anything lower than 750 to 750.

If I want to raise idle rpm to say 850, still change all tables to 750 or the number I want idle to be (850)?

You change all the values that are 750, 775 or 800 to 850, there should be 6 idle speed target tables A-F under the folder "Idle control", notice it's based on temperature if you try adjusting any of the idles speeds other than the ones I just said it may not even do anything due to the maf tables I believe:

If I may ask why are you changing the idle?

Thanks for the info @FRSBRZGT86FAN

I got lightweight flywheel with clutch and idle has dropped to ~700rpm and drops slightly more when using a/c and rear defroster. Just trying to raise it a tiny bit to compensate rpm to stock rpm.

Hmm... I think there may be more compensation than just the idle tables for when a/c kicks on or a high power draw @steve99 would probably know, Try the tables regardless it doesn't hurt.

correct their are lots of idle compensation tables as well, and their are lots of undefined unknown tables in the idle area for various compensations for alternator load ,a\c load etc.

when you put on lightweight flywheel\clutch assemblies its upsets the ecu idle compensations as it now lower mass and it can over and undershoot . The whole idea of a flywheel is to smooth out the rotation of the engine firing pulses.

Yeah I suspected it would include numerous tables. I changed the idle control tables as mentioned above and it has helped. This is only a temp fix for the time being as I'm going s/c with EcuTEK and hoping tuner can adjust idle more meticulously.

Yes.

But as always, log and verify the safety of the tune on your specific car.

I'm referring to the shelf tunes. I'm completely new, but will be ordering the header and oft in April.

Having an issue with my OFT/Open Flash Manager.
I guess there was an update on the OTS tunes since it has been a while. (I had V 2.074) I downloaded the new tunes and unzipped them. Plugged it into my laptop and ran Open Flash Manager. Let it do it's thing and attempted to upload an updated EL Stg 2 E85 tune but it gave me an error.
I'm sending this from work so I don't have a screen cap. I even tried adding a .bin file from v2.074 and it wouldn't work either.
Anyone have this issue before?
