I think you miss my point.

The alignment person may just be literally saying things word for word... i.e. instead of saying "This car has no adjustment for caster correction", he said "The machine said there's no (caster correction) instructions to fix your problem"

Well my testing concludes with it being Tein's issue. I'm just documenting my entire experience here, and if someone can say with certainty it is something else I'll be happy to look into it and retract my statement of the coilovers' problems if it isn't. I've been dealing with this issue for months, and my out of pocket expenses already exceeded the value of the coilovers. As of right now the proof points towards the Teins, so I'm just waiting for fteightysix to get back to me regarding Tein's decision which they aren't doing a good job of either as I only get an update when I call in. Either way I bought a defective product, and I'll just take the proper next steps in recovering my money if they refuse to refund my money.

There's something being missed here.
Here are the pictures with the coilovers off. http://imgur.com/a/q2DUW When it was on the car from the earlier pictures, it seems that the top plates are identical and are both installed facing the correct direction.

Go back and compare the alignment sheets, the alignment measurements change abnormally (notably the caster) with the Teins installed vs OE.

Factory allowance at the budget shops is basically 'tires pointed forward'

Factory allowance has a range given on the alignment sheets. My caster didn't really change except for my passenger side.

And the OP's did, indicating a problem pertaining to the Tein's.

sorry to hear about your issues. My Tein Flex Z's do not have any issues that you are stating. I have nothing but great things to say about these coilovers. Looks like yours might be defective. Also, your caster should be identical or very close to identical.
