![]() NOTE: I think you have your lbs and HP turned around ....... ![]() Some say the BRZ does ride a bit softer than the FR-S. I understand that a header, tune, intake and maybe E-85 fuel will give the BRZ/FR-S a few more horsepower....... but it still won't beat that mustang sitting next to you at the light. A BRZ/FR-S, left stock, can be a decent touring/commute car (especially with an AT). So, now that you have driven them ..... it's pretty much your call. However, if you choose the GC ..... just don't be slowing my FR-S down, going up or down Mt Rainier ....... ![]() humfrz |

BRZ 2800 lbs / 200 HP = 14 Am I doing wrong? :o It would be a much easier choice if the BRZ had a bit more power. I really enjoy the road going from Puyallup to Sunrise on the east side of Rainier. No matter which I get, if I recognize your FRS in my mirror, I'll move right over. How do you solve the lack of armrest? Sent from my XT1575 using Tapatalk |

![]() Not much gets by ol @Ultramaroon ...... ![]() Yes, going up to Rainier, I'll be in the white FR-S, with the turn signal on and mrs humfrz yelling ...... SLOW DOWN !. Yes, armrest - that was my very first "mod". I use this custom made, solid leather, crafted by this old gentleman in Italy from the finest skin in the world, Italian piece of art..... ![]() Actually it was designed for my ex NC MX5 and I adapted it to fit the FR-S. The aftermarket does offer store bought armrests. I like it because it's wide enough for both mrs humfrz and I to share, without annoying each other by bumping elbows. Actually, most of the time, on the twisties, her elbow is off the armrest because her hands are covering her eyes. Let us know what you decide. humfrz |

Here....as I recall.
http://www.amazon.com/s/?ie=UTF8&key...l_70gr1vodc8_e It makes buckling the seat belt much easier with that elbow rest in place .... plus I don't get it all tangled up in ma suspenders ........ ![]() humfrz |

Is your armrest a solid piece? Does it wedge between the seats or is it mounted? Sent from my XT1575 using Tapatalk |

I have found that in the Puget Sound area (off a track) that the limiting factor for speed is the traffic in front of the FR-S ....... not the power of the FR-S..... ![]() humfz |
