Is there an ideal engine oil to be used with this HKS kit? Also, if I move to Florida versus West Virginia should the oil be changed accordingly for the kit?

this is from the hks site.... We recommend to use with engine oil cooler and engine oil with high temperature viscosity of #40 or higher. (HKS HR 0W42, Racing Pro 0W40/10W50, etc

The bigger blower is sold as a stand alone generic unit if you want to fab your own kit. That requires you configure the mounting plate, select and configure pulleys, piping, etc.

There are shops that could do it if you can pay but that's an awful big supercharger for this motor on a 12:1 CR. You probably need to change the bottom end, and go to 10.5:1 CR, as well as fueling, clutch, etc etc. In Canada I am guessing it will cost $20K easily. At that point I'd be more inclined to just get a big turbo and call it a day.

My 215 PSS are having a tough time getting traction as it is!
with V3 HKS supercharger kit,
We can change pulley size, but it's limited by own impellar speed.

I think 90mm will be the last , possible size for that V3 kit.

V3 kit is good for safe boost with slightly bad gas, and
reliability of supercharger unit.

V2 kit is good for Easy boost upgrade with restrictor's ID
(because it has already smallest possible pulley )

my V2 kit with 42mm restrictor make 11~11.5 PSI over 6000RPM to redline now.

if I enlarge restrictor's ID to 43mm, it will make over 12 PSI easy.

my kit is V2 and I'm using stock 90mm pulley.

only thing that I change is restrictor's ID. (39mm to 42mm)

and I'm using stock injector, and stock MAF now too.

Any recommendation on a gauge for boost? I was looking at the Defi 52mm boost.

I've installed sc kit early winter, and still trying to tune car my self.
My first - but last SC dyno number was 250ish , with 40mm restrictor
& it was rainy day.
I'm using 42mm restrictor now
I feel much faster than before, but I don't know exact number yet .

Stock V2 is 90mm. And it's pretty maxed out already with this pulley. With 42mm restrictor it's 11 psi. Unrestricted it goes up to 14 psi. I'm pretty sure that HKS issued the V3 with much bigger pulley (and therefore slower rotation speed) to improve reliability and longevity. If you add the V2=>V3 upgrade kit (intercooler and piping) to the V2 blower it can make 350 wph at 14 psi boost. But for how many miles... that's a big question too me.
