Agreed. Fuck all that noise I drive mine because I enjoy the damn car. Clean it up after it rains if dirt is a huge issue. I even slightly rally it in grass, go to car wash and rinse it off, when It stops raining give it a detail. That's my 2 cents on it. Want it to be a clean car daily a to b? Get a civic or Geo metro, something good on gas and park the twin in the garage.

Garage
I absolutely cannot recommend it enough, horrible way to not get detailed at: Uptown Detailing. The owner is terribly over enthusiastic about keeping their customers not unhappy.

Oh, I'm just pulling your leg.

Mine's a disaster now but it always cleans up nicely.

First lesson of the PNW: If you can't have fun in the rain, you simply have less fun.

Fun fact, many high-performance summer tires are excellent rain tires. Continental Extreme contact DW for example. Awesome rain tire, excellent dry tire.

Add a splash of rain-x and some rubber floor mats and get back to having fun. Having a garage, goes a long way to keeping your car from growing green stuff. My non-garaged car always seems to "take on life".

Oh yeah.. not car related but vitamin-d. Without you'll probably be too depressed to leave the house by the time you make it to February.
