So... I just got an email from the dealer...
" Dear Mark xxxxxxxxx, We have completed the service(s) scheduled for your 2015 SCION FR-S. Sincerely, FITZGERALD LAKEFOREST TOYOTA 18707 North Frederick Ave Gaithersburg, Maryland 20879 (800) 794-3230 " Wat. Edit: Tech road tested and found nothing. Didn't get it warm enough probably. |

That is insane i can't believe they came to that conclusion i would take it right back or just find a Online service rep for toyota/scion and escalate the claim.

The service advisor was ready for me to come pick the car up when I called. I asked for an email address so he could watch my video and to check the car again as I know there is a recurring issue.

I bet the tech just drove it around the block and parked it. I specifically said only when fully warmed up... Service advisor says he will ask the tech to drive it longer now.

LOL in all joking aside I really do hope they take it for another drive. You can request to go on a roadtest with the tech and drive to show them what it does?
