I don't know if that helps, also, I grabbed another log to see if you can spot what the deal is. I found the Perrin Intake MAF scaling but I have absolutely no idea how to utilize it or how to scale at all and the directions to get RomRaider even open to where I can see everything is a bit confusing.

The perrin supplied maf scaling for the 2.5 or 3 in intakes is not the best.

your better of doing you own scaling as per maf scaling link below then editint tune with romraider to inset your new maf scaling

I read you're guide to it and have no idea how to do any of that. I'd basically need a step-by-step walkthrough because I've never used RomRaider and I still can't figure out how to even look at anything.

I know this is probably going to come off as very nit-picky, but your thread title and original post indicates that you are "tuning", but really what you have described is "flashing". The tuning was already done by the great guys at OFT (namely Shiv) and you are merely flashing their tune files onto your car's ECU via the OFT.

Now, once you've come up-to-speed on how to use RomRaider and edit the tune files to fine tune your car's performance (like updating the MAF scale for your Perrin Intake), then that would be closer to actual "tuning".

Anyway, thanks for enduring my public service announcement. Happy flashing and tuning!

yes it going to require a bit of time reading and learning about romraider and maf scaling ect.

the other option is to get the OFT guys to do a custom tune for you i think its $195 for oft owners and includes maf scaling checking and adjusting your tune.

or put the stock intake back on

Heh, looks like I may need to send it to them. I keep reading and trying to figure out the program but I can't even get it started. All the instruction sets I've found are vague, or at least it comes across as vague to me.
