I read you're guide to it and have no idea how to do any of that. I'd basically need a step-by-step walkthrough because I've never used RomRaider and I still can't figure out how to even look at anything.

I know this is probably going to come off as very nit-picky, but your thread title and original post indicates that you are "tuning", but really what you have described is "flashing". The tuning was already done by the great guys at OFT (namely Shiv) and you are merely flashing their tune files onto your car's ECU via the OFT.
Now, once you've come up-to-speed on how to use RomRaider and edit the tune files to fine tune your car's performance (like updating the MAF scale for your Perrin Intake), then that would be closer to actual "tuning".
