Here you go, I'm off this weekend and was bored, and it does matter, because I only edited the base timing b map in stg 2 uel 93:

UP. Well Im an idiot instead of ZA1JB00D my car is ZA1JB01D, and after 2 hours of driving got nothing.

I found it ZA1JD00D stage 1 e85 and stage 1 91 octane.

Like I said you have to feather the throttle it will not happen when you shift or just let off the gas.

Alright, tomorrow I'll play with the throttle more. And yeah there is nothing wrong to use B00D instead of B01D its just a "fix" from subaru to prevent the rpm drop when you enabling A\C.

If you put a glasspack just after the cats you'll get plenty of the burbly pops you're all looking for. The closer you mount it to the header, the more exaggerated the effect. It'd be interesting to see the 1st cat replaced by a glasspack (don't know if there's space up there). It'd be really interesting to hear this with the tune you all have been working on.

Feathering throttle while accelerating or decelerating? I seem to get the pop under heavy braking right now.

(A*glasspack*is a type of automobile*muffler*in which the exhaust gas*passes straight through the center of the muffler. The basic design consists of one smaller tube centered inside of a larger outer tube that is enlarged or swollen in the middle. The gap between the swollen part of the larger outer tube and the smaller diameter center tube is packed full of*fiberglass, hence the name.)

If you place a glasspack just after the cats, it exaggerates the popping sounds. Some people burn out the fiberglass to further exaggerate the pops. But the fiberglass burns out by itself if you wait a few months. There's more to it than that, but it gives you the gist.
