I was looking over the V3 Supercharger by HKS and it looks pretty nice actually. I also like that it uses the OEM intake

Things I'm still working on:

I had installed my spoiler a bit rocked back causing the corners not to sit flush onto the decklid. I removed it by pulling wax string through the 3M tape. Worked great. I'll reinstall it soon.

I noticed an imperfection on my driver side skirt... so before I install it, I'm going to get it repainted.

After the aforementioned are repainted and installed I'll just be waiting on the front lip to arrive.

I'm also planning on installing the Intek high mount brake light soon. I'm part of a group buy here on the forum.

Looking to do a few other mods but I have not prioritized them yet.

I have a high brake light... not the Intek, and I really like it. So much more viewable space now

Just what I wanted to hear... Is your rear window tinted by chance? If so, have you had any issues installing the high mount brake light onto a tinted window?

Ordered a cool new part for my 86 today...It will be a few weeks before I receive it, so I can't comment on it just yet. I will post pics of the installation process, final pics, and a review of the product once installed.

Beatrush Air Intake Duct. I bought mine from @Kami Speed

Thanks for the comp... If I run into any issues during my install (whenever that happens), I'll take you up on the offer. I'm sure I'll have questions...

Just went through this thread, loving it, might take up that BBK when the time comes haha. Seriously though, you have the sickest wheels + BBK combo I've seen. GJ

Thanks for taking the time to read through my thread. My BBK is my favorite mod hands down! My brakes are the most unique part on my 86 and they really help to set off my wheels and profile. I do like my wheels but I wish they had a bit more lip. In the future I might upgrade.

Thanks again for the comp!

I purchased an Intec high mount brake light via a group buy here on the forums (put together by @pansontw). The part can also be found HERE at the regular MSRP.

I installed the Intec LED high mount brake light yesterday. Only issue I had was reusing the factory pop clip that secures the Intec LED housing bracket... it would not catch because of the thickness of the bracket. Others were able to eventually secure the clip, I just purchased a longer clip at Ace Hardware. I finished off the install today by doing the following:

Covered the new clip and bracket with sticky-back felt.

Color match looks better in this pic...

Here is the stencil I created in Illustrator just in case anyone wants to try it. I purchased the sticky-back felt sheet at Michael's for $1.29.

Pics of the brake light on will come later.

In the last two days I have received some more Beatrush suspension goodies... they are as follows : transmission mount bushing spacer, differential mount support bar, front and rear sway bars. I'm only waiting on my Beatrush aluminum underpanel to arrive.

I will have my HKS v3 supercharger in late February or early March...however, I do not plan to install it until April sometime. I'll probably have to do some modifications to my oil cooler lines as well as my Beatrush air intake duct to make everything fit securely and cleanly.

Below are links to my new parts...

- Beatrush differential mount support bar
- Beatrush transmission mount bushing spacer
- Beatrush 19mm swaybar (Fr.)
- Beatrush 15mm swaybar (R)

let the installs begin...

It's awesome you're getting the HKS kit. Are you using their tune or are you getting it custom tuned?
