Worked for me the two times I've used it.
I guess everyone missed it, so here it is again.
Hammer it on, it bites onto the lug nut in a counter clock wise fashion. Hammer some more so it is on there good. Use breaker bar/bfh to remove. If you don't hammer it on there good, there won't be enough material for the extractor to grab and pull the lock out.
