Basically lay a thick bead of the 3m material along the cut line and pack it into the crack. You can be really liberal with the sealing material as none of it shows.

Looks really good! A dremel doesn't work as well as you think it would, in the tight areas you end up with really big cuts that are harder to fill.

How has this held up? Still no condensation or issues with the paint? Thinking about tackling this over Christmas.

Mine held up perfectly, no condensation at all.

However, during a snow storm in Chicago a couple weeks back, i did get frost inside the lens, not sure how.

After it got warmer, it's gone and there's no condensation whatsoever

Just paint issues. Tape was pulling it off. I let it sit over night and tried again with a different paint and that seems to have worked better. Valenties are hideous. Hell cutting was the easy part for me.

Nah, I probably won't be painting mine, the LED turn signals were the only mod to my tails. I'll look into Tom's tails or valentis eventually

I butchered mine up pretty bad too. Didn't even get to paint it. I knew the project was over once I was done cutting lol. I used a butane soldering tool and had trouble cutting in tight spots. O well...just gonna wait for the valenti revo now.
