^^ Im a Network Engineer, its a fairly lucrative career choice. The hours suck and being on call 24/7 sucks a bit though.

God I wished I lived out West . Most of Florida sucks, and I got sick of Miami. Most places here pay crap, and unemployment is through the roof for most jobs. Right know I'm going to school for RN full time and have a Full time job earning $9.50 and hour. . And I really don't want to talk about what I have to do to earn that $9.50.

I looked up Network Engineer. Pretty good line of work, except for the hours. And most places don;t require certification.

West Coast is the best coast, its been proven. Since I've got nothing good to say about Florida, I will merely offer my condolences to you.

just my opinion....
I agree, there are going to plenty of people wanting that carbon look and that want is more seen in the younger tuner market. Some offerings of Carbon FRP parts among certain cars are better alternatives than some OEM hoods which are made from steel. So many young tuners in the past have seen positive gains.

But i think times are changing, and those wanting that carbon look are no longer looking for carbon weaved replacements. We are seeing more and more carbon vinyl wrapped OEM parts.

The only way i can see OP push a carbon replacement hood product regardless if its Carbon FRP and weighs the same as OEM. If its
1. Vented hood
2. The cost is closer to (like you said) sub VIS pricing.

I'm 22 and this car is well within my price range. I landed a sweet job working in a major healthcare network in my area, cardiac ICU. Pay is off the chain.

Also, a carbon fiber hood would weigh more then the aluminum I would think. If you want the look, I guess just get 3M carbon fiber vinyl wrap for the hood..

There needs to be a CF cover that can go over the BRZ mustache. I'm looking forward to this being made and purchasing it once it is out

Just stick with it man! My friend finished his RN training last year or so. He's now making like $45/hour starting.

And a lot of times its also who you know, not what you know. I got my job here in VWGoA thanks to someone I helped out when he started at the dealer I worked at.

Back on topic though, I'd love to see what Seibon would offer. I used to love their hood for the Evo 8. Think it was the CW style?
