Did you have a catless header installed mixed with corsa Cb? If so, what did you think of the sound?

Hahaha.

1. Congrats on your patience and hard work - I'm keenly following the results to see just what can be done with this kind of perseverance.

2. Your missus must be very patient (or perhaps slightly in the dark?) with your spending. Mine is already moaning about a simple SC I want early 2016. I managed to trade off with a little bribery - a promise of a holiday when I do my SC.

Looking forwards to the results (esp the TQ side... as that is really what this car needs - a nice shove in the back when you floor it).

Last leg of a 18 hour road trip to pick up a parts engine for misc parts.
Well worth it so I don't have to scavenge from the current running my engine in the car.

Also interesting, I did not know our stock cams were hollow and the lobes pressed on.

Interesting. I'll be surprised to see if you crack much over 210whp. Ill be watching for SAE dyno sheets and the smoothing factor, none of these bs Dyno sheets with STD numbers.

Good luck tho.

I like how you slowly just ease a screwdriver into the hole and don't say anything :P

205-210whp is easily attainable with the right bolt-ons and E85 on the stock FA20. with the 2.3ltr and the right tune this will be able to be TUNED for much higher whp IMO

That's becoming increasingly common. I interned at a company in Danville, IL which made camshafts like that for Ford, VW, Chrysler, Harley Davidson, and Honda. It's a very cool process.
